If you were to pick something that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would that be?
I’m the sort of person you can tell anything.
I will listen, not judge and be there for you until the very end!
What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
Singing, dancing, people watching, snow skiing, facials (beauty ones lol ) eating the best organic chocolate I can find ( coconut blossom sweetened ).
How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
I always aim to please as I know what I give I receive back. Pleasure is it’s own reward
Tell us about the best experience you have had in your life.
Going on safari in Africa, just in a nightly pinched tent for 10 days. It was a pretty thrilling, living on the edge experience. Nothing has come close to camping by a rivers edge while hippos grazed closeby at night time!
What do you do for fun?
I love dancing around spontaneously at home and will even go outdoors and test my athleticism with a balladic leap or 2 in nature!
What makes you stand out from the crowd?
Sounds obvious but we are all unique so I stand out on my own. I consider myself equal to and below/above no one , unless we are talking sexual positions then someone’s gotta be on top hey! Lol
What would you say are your greatest personal traits?
I’m a genuinely nice person with a strong altruistic streak. I’ll randomly help a little lady cross the street or carry her groceries for her.
What is your ‘niche’?
Making people laugh and helping them relax and improve their health
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I used to go overseas regularly to see family in Africa or Europe. I usually go once a year to a health spa for a good relaxation break!
What kind of diet and fitness regime do you follow?
I’m mostly vegan and eat mostly unprocessed food. Never junk. I drink plenty of filtered mineralised water and get 7-8 hrs sleep a night. Sometimes less when I fast as the body needs less from not digesting food overnight.
I practice yoga daily even if for 15 mins and do some weight sessions for arms and shoulders and back. I love deep squats too!
I walk a lot everyday. I’m into indoor rock climbing which improves gripping strength ;-)
What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
I follow a fairly strict health & well being regime
covering grooming, daily stretching including meditation positive thinking/affirmations, mostly vegan diet, H2O, plenty of sleep, fasting regularly to stay lean and strong.
Staying connected with people and really caring. Establishing good habits is a life long process. It becomes your true nature
What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
I’m quite psychic and will have incredible insights and sudden truths revealed out of the blue!
If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
Firstly I’d go for an organic wine and some nice juicy nuts to nibble on ;-) I’d tell you that I’ve been somewhat blessed by circumstances and met incredible people along the way. Also that I’m right where I want to be and that doing work that you enjoy is half of the happiness. The rest is up to you. My health is very important to me so I do my best to honour my body from day to day and to honour others I meet too!
What should others absolutely know about you?
That I’m quite direct even blunt which can be a bit uncomfortable but I have a good heart

My open mindedness and quirky sense of humour

My great big human family , healthy food, Sex, Sweet Sleep, meditation & Yoga ;-)
