  Whateva puts a smile on your face and makes your eyes roll back in your head..
• How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
  Getting adequate rest is a must for me. In life’s daily grind people want so much of you, so shutting down, mindfulness activities and rest.. Tried and True

  Planting seed of JOY, LAUGHTER & ENCOURAGEMENT.. it’s important that I give of my time, talent & finance to my community and people of all walks of life

  I wear my beard only in FALL/WINTER

• How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
  Don’t tell nobody but I could stay home until God and St Peter says let’s go kid!! But dutifully I do travel at least 1 week a month my rent.men won’t let me stay home..haha
